Kinesiology - Study of body movement

Kinesiology is a gentle method to balance the unity between body, mind and soul.

Unifies knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine with ancient Indian and Western medical knowledge.
Techniques such as: Brain Gym, Touch for Health, Acupressure, Chakras etc.
 
The muscle test is the main instrument. It is a biofeedback instrument which, by changing the tension of a muscle, indicates the level at which our imbalances have arisen. A blockade is often caused by physical or mental stress. All our experiences are stored in our system (cell memory and central nervous system). Patterns of faith and patterns can be reprogrammed integratively.
 
Regulation diagnoses according to Klinghardt
The iceberg principle applies here. With an iceberg, only about one-fifth of the complete size projects out of the water. The rest of the body is hidden under the surface. This method helps to find blockages which have arisen on other levels, such as food intolerances (gluten, milk protein ...), poison and elektrosmog.

Hypnosis - Gate to your subconscious

The key to success is the first consultation. A detailed conversation is performed before each hypnotherapy. This initial discussion can take up to 45 minutes, which clarifies misunderstandings and open questions.

Hypnosis is a natural, familiar and relaxed state of concentration. The breathing becomes more regular and slows down. The heart rate and the blood pressure also decreases. This condition we kne from Pranayama breathing technique, a meditation state from yoga. We experience it every day unconsciously. For example, when we close our door, but then we do not know whether we have really closed it. Consciousness is put into the background and the subconsciousness emerges. With Hypnosis we are able to reprogram old belief patterns and habits (e.g., anxiety and smoking). Hypnosis is a wonderful, non-willful condition, untroubled and easy. Sleep or fainting has nothing to do with hypnosis.

Yoga - Togehterness of Body, Mind & Soul

In addition to kinesiology and hypnosis, yoga, conscious breathing & meditation support the self-healing powers.


After a kinesiology or hypnosis session I like to give exercises and tips for at home.


For private lessons, I will provide you a personal and tailor-made training program. This consists exercises to activate the self-healing powers in everyday life.
Being in the here & now, so that we are not torn out of our midst by external circumstances. Without performance, with mindfulness, compassion and love, we let go of struggle with contradictions of life. Next to the physical part, yoga unites body, spirit and soul. Breathing techniques and meditation soothe the mind. The body is supplied with oxygen by deep breathing and the metabolism is stimulated. Together with the ergonomical posture (also pain), these elements are part of a session.
